Also pretty bewildering, as even leaving at 4pm I didn't get their till 7.15, next time I won't be taking public transport as that required a 3 leg journey, this location sucks. Next time I'm getting an Uber. Then it took ages to find the first of the bars, but once I did, it was pretty smooth sailing from there. I may have only had a minute to settle in, but I handled it well, all things considered. I met a couple of accountants, nurses, a few others (one being a music graduate), and one who's funniest sentence was Why is it always so hard to get in? They make these things so freaking tight! . That sounded sexual!" Referring to a lime in a beer bottle. They pretty much had to drag us away from that bar, as we were talking Stranger Things, multiverse theory, her kindle collection. Definitely a fun one. Still, that was more dates in one night than I typically get in 5 years, so that was well worth the ticket and the hassles and confusing parts (and it was just go go go). Lots of good discussions, not much awkward silence, definitely remembered to let the ladies talk in equal measure, since I figured they'd be about 4 or 5 minutes tops.
