Come join us for a romantic speed dating walk along the scenic Stanley Park Seawall!
Event Details: Date & Time: Saturday, June 28th at 12:45 PM Location: Stanley Park Meeting Point: Aerodynamic Forms in Space Sculpture 1940 W Georgia St, Vancouver, BC V6G 2L3. 
Dress Code: Smart casual is recommended. Be sure to wear comfortable footwear suitable for walking along the Seawall. 
Arrival & Check-In: Arrival Time: Please arrive 15 minutes early to ensure a smooth check-in process. Late arrivals may miss the event. Check-In: Our host will greet you upon arrival and give a brief introduction to the event. Pre-Event Mingling: Take this time to relax, meet other guests, and get ready for a fun experience. 
Event Format: Icebreaker Activities: Start off with lighthearted icebreakers to help everyone feel at ease. Seawall Walk & Conversations: You'll pair up and enjoy a walk along the beautiful Seawall, switching partners every 6 minutes when prompted by a signal. Scorecards: After the walk, you’ll receive a Google Form link to note who you’d like to connect with again. Don’t have a smartphone? No problem — we’ll provide pen and paper. Post-Event Matching: If there's a mutual interest, we’ll exchange contact details within 48 hours so you can continue the conversation. 
Photography Notice: We’ll be taking a few photos and short videos during the event to capture the fun and promote future events. If you’d prefer not to be photographed, just let us know when you arrive and we’ll ensure you’re not included in any images. 
Weather Policy: In the case of heavy rain or severe weather, the event may be postponed to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort. You’ll be notified via email if this happens. Please note that while refunds will not be issued, your ticket will automatically be valid for the rescheduled date.
