I did not have these problems that they charged me to much, BUT in the homepage was written a 14 day deadline for termination, but they charge me another 3 month although I terminated 3 weeks before. Their response was, that the termination period is 4 weeks, which was written in a kind of footnote of the confirmation at registration. Another problem was that I could not reach the site anymore from my second living place, 90% of the year I live in southeast asia and the C-Date was just unreachable, I checked this with my local provider and it became clear, the blocking is caused by C-Date.
