Since then I didn't use the account last week I received email states you are obliged to pay 160 euros for next 3 months.I contacted, them and told my situation but they are threatening me to to take legal action against me. Even I told till this date I can pay but they don't listen. My question is why I have to pay for next two months. I told them I can pay till today for the thing which I did not even used but they are asking me to pay to next two months also this is not a way to deal with customers. I really disappointed but if they force me to pay then I'm also a Digital media expert I'll expose them on every platform for the stress which they gave to me. If one doesn't want to take your services just cancel the contract why are you extending it for next 3 months. I did not have these problems that they charged me to much, BUT in the homepage was written a 14 day deadline for termination, but they charge me another 3 month although I terminated 3 weeks before. Their response was, that the termination period is 4 weeks, which was written in a kind of footnote of the confirmation at registration. Another problem was that I could not reach the site anymore from my second living place, 90% of the year I live in southeast asia and the C-Date was just unreachable, I checked this with my local provider and it became clear, the blocking is caused by C-Date.
